  • Cover the dough and let it rise for approximately 2 hours
  • Once the dough has risen, shape it into rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle with oatmeal, seeds, and grains.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for 15-17 minutes. 
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
